All services are provided as described in our service packages and project agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

If you have commissioned photography services from us, ownership of the final edited images transfers to you according to the terms of your service agreement. Raw files, outtakes, and work-in-progress materials remain our property unless explicitly stated otherwise in your contract.

For clients who engage our studio services, we may use anonymized versions of your work in our portfolio and case studies to demonstrate our diagnostic approach and creative capabilities, unless you request otherwise in writing. We respect the confidentiality of your brand strategy and creative direction.

Any non-disclosure agreements or confidentiality terms specific to your project will be outlined in your service agreement and take precedence over this general policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lens & Diagnosis and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Egyptian pounds, whichever is greater.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the nature of services already rendered, as detailed in your service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable if you cancel within fourteen days of your scheduled session.

9. User-Generated Content and Feedback

If you submit comments, testimonials, or other content to our website or social media channels, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display this content for promotional purposes without additional compensation. You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you submit and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Alexandria, Egypt.
